Rock Trap 400
The Rock Trap 400 by Screenco Systems allows for Pressure off-loading of Septic Trucks through the 4” inlet and 4” outlet at up to 450 GPM. This simple trap removes rocks, sand and grit from the flow stream. Grit is cleared from the trap using a 8 ½” shaftless screw, with VFD Screw Control which moves the grit to a 8 ½” screw conveyor. The 20” manway allows for easy washdown and cleaning of the rock box.
The screw conveyor sets in an Aluminum U-Channel lined with UHMW Titanium. The complete system makes it simple to remove rocks and grit from any waste flow stream. The aluminum U-Channel with removable covers allow for easy maintenance and cleaning
