Micro Screen 400

The Micro Screen 400 includes all the same great features as the rest of the screening systems line. This unit is designed for smaller septic receiving, toilet trucks, grease, or oil recycling. Includes 8 square feet of screening area. TWO versions of the lightweight screen are available. ONE capable of fitting directly over a manhole or underground storage tank/sump with 18” center ring and 30” mounting plate. Or ONE standalone unit is available with 6” rear cam outlet and adjustable support legs.

Both units with sealed and lockable hinged cover. The system allows for gravity off load of 400 GPM through a 4” inlet cam with fan spreader which deflects waste down onto the screen, making the front screen virtually self-cleaning. The patented Dual Screen Design is unique, totally non-mechanical, and uses gravity to separate the trash from the waste stream. The standard unit features all aluminum construction with stainless-steel 3/8” gapped bar screens on opposing angles. Screen meets the Ecology 503 Regulations and will not plug with rags or trash.

Simple raking to the trash drain tray with custom stainless-steel cleaning bar rake and trash rake, makes for a simple clean out through the universal 3.5’ trash chute. Bolt on chute assembly allows for trash exit in either direction, allowing for set up virtually anywhere. Light weight, 300 lbs. with grab handles. Micro Screen 400 also available in all stainless-steel construction. Custom Screen sizes available upon request.
