PATENT PENDING DUAL SCREEN DESIGN
The all-new Trash Master T-1600 Auto Receiving Screen is simply flow and gravity driven to separate trash from the flow stream through two 6” inlets with Dual Fan Spreader. This large capacity receiving station can screen filter waste at a rate of up to 1600 gpm. Designed for total Plant bypass. Screen filters flow stream at up to 96,000 gph or 2,304,000 gal/day Aluminum Hopper Assembly with twin 8” Outlet Pipes with cam connections, high capacity 3/8” gaped ¼” Stainless Steel Bar Screen with 26 sq. ft. of screening area; intended for large plant receiving or stack multiply unit together for City/Utility Bypass. The StainlessSteel U-Channels includes a ¼” Titanium UHMW liner that provide for years of wear, with a high strength alloy steel 11 ½” Shaftless Screw for high capacity large 4” or small trash removal to a waste container. The Stainless-Steel U-Channel features slotted drain holes and center channel bar screen for cleaner and dryer trash. A custom-built Stainless-Steel Bar Rake is included for easy bar screen maintenance. OSHA Compliant Cat Walks provide safe work platforms for viewing and maintenance operation.
Adjustable Spray Bars above the bar screens feature one gpm nozzles keep the Screen Hopper clean and free of buildup. Easy removal of the aluminum covers with quick lever clamps allow access to the U-Channel Separator, and Screw. Includes two 1 gpm channel spray nozzles to wash trash and debris. A 3 HP Nord Gear reduction drive with Lenze VFD Control 240v 1phase or 480v 3phase plug and play system accomplishes a variable speed screw from 6-28 rpms. Includes control panel with E-stop and VFD control access.
Adjustable legs and fork skids allow for mobile set up anywhere. This screening device with a large capacity 1600 gpm hopper assembly, can be stacked with multiple units to complete a total plant bypass. Simple flow and gravity driven auto screen receiving station.
